Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Large furniture pieces are delivered via our white-glove service and typically arrive within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we provide a limited 10-year warranty on all structural frames and a 2-year warranty on upholstery fabrics and finishes against manufacturing defects.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Sustainability is at our core. We use FSC-certified wood, recycled metals, and OEKO-TEX certified textiles to ensure our products are safe for your home and the planet.

Do you offer assembly services?

Select large items include complimentary white-glove assembly. For all other products, we provide intuitive digital instructions and all necessary tools in the box.

Absolutely. You can order up to five complimentary fabric swatches through our website to see how our colors and textures look in your specific lighting.
